I conduct extensive evaluations to create individual plans of care to meet your needs.
I specialize in providing LSVT Big services (an intensive program designed and research backed to specifically support those with Parkinson's), stroke rehabilitation, and care for those with dementia, but can work with all health conditions.
As a caregiver, you will be guided and supported to better empower your loved one as they grow, develop and age.
Only a select number of appointments are available each month to accommodate occupational therapy services.
*I am in network with Medicare. I can work with those who have other insurance but will be out of network and I do not bill for services rendered to your insurance. I am a fee for service provider so if you are not a Medicare recipient or services fall outside the coverage of Medicare, payment is due at the time of service.
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT)
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy: Care based on the Gillespie Approach blended with my knowledge and experience as an occupational therapist and trainings of myofascial release. The technique focuses on hands on healing without prescription medications or surgery by supporting a freely moving brain, spinal cord and fascial web. Services are available to support newborns, children and adults.
With CFT I am able to support the entire family and offer certain discounts and packages for multiple sessions being booked back to back for multiple members of the family, booking a series of sessions, a prenatal/postpartum package or mommy & me package.

Custom Concierge Services
Home Safety & Modification Assessments: Plan for tomorrow and beyond with home modification assessments, available both in person or virtually. I focus on identifying fall hazards, provide recommendations on modifications and adaptive equipment to support aging in place and enhancing performance of one’s daily routines. Please reach out for more information as sometimes this service will be covered by Medicare if certain criteria are met.
Wellness Visits: Once goals are met and there is no longer a need for skilled therapy services, some people don't want the therapist to stop working with them when this happens. Wellness visits are paid by the hour and will still have a trained therapist providing guidance to help maintain longevity after a therapy plan of care is finished.
Clarity Consult: This is a personalized virtual consult done through a HIPAA compliant platform. It is designed to help caregivers/parents of any age, infants through adults, gain clarity, improve awareness and help create practical strategies to support safe development and aging. Whether you’re unsure about tummy time, or motor milestones, or wanting to better support your aging parent, don’t hesitate to reach out. Sessions come with a written summary and recommendations including other providers as appropriate.
