I strive to help individuals age in place, maximize their quality of life, and ease the burden on caregivers.  Whether through Medicare-covered therapy visits, craniosacral fascial therapy, or customized wellness plans, every service is grounded in genuine care, trust, and encouragement.

For 10 years, I have been supporting, training, empowering, and educating clients and families — using my skills and expertise to make a lasting, positive impact.

My specialized credentials — including LSVT BIG and CFT training — reflect my deep commitment to optimizing function, promoting health, and providing compassionate care for every patient.

I find great joy in witnessing my clients flourish: celebrating light bulb moments for patients and caregivers, facilitating the release of tension through gentle CFT, building confidence in daily routines, and creating meaningful personal connections with every individual and family I serve.
